Leimert Park faced off against neighborhoods such as San Pedro, Highland Park and Koreantown to win the award for LA’s neighborhood of the year on real estate website Curbed.com.  The “prestigious but fake trophy” was hard-won in a close final battle. Curbed.com followed up with “Your Guide to Leimert Park, the 2016 Neighborhood of the Year”.
